Return conditions

Always before returning purchased goods you should contact Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland  about your intensions. Goods not reported to Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland  in advance will not be accepted.

There are several reasons why you would like to return any purchased goods to Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland

1. You have received a faulty product.
2. You have received products which you didn’t order (wrong products).
3. You have made a mistake about the size, or are not satisfied with the product.

For returning of goods our standard conditions apply:

A. Before returning any product, always contact Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland . This can be done in the following ways:

B. All original packing materials should be included.

C. All badges, labels and manuals should be included.

D. A clear explanation should be included as to the reason for returning the product.

E. A copy of the original invoice should be included.

F. The product should be packed thoroughly.

Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree  apply a so called Carry-in warranty. As a result of this, shipping expenses from you to Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree  could possibly be the responsibility of Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland. This depends on the situation. We therefore request you to:

I. Make sure you stamp the package correctly. Understamped packages will not be accepted by Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland.

II. Mention your bank account details for possible reimbursement.

III. Return the package to the following address:

Here after you can find the different situations for returning a product:

1. You have received a faulty product:

Firstly it’s of the greatest importance that you don’t accept any packages which are delivered in a bad condition (e.g. packing damaged) without checking if the contents are in good condition. Make sure in this case that you have an official record handed to you by the transportation service regarding the damaged packing. In case you suspect that the goods are damaged, or if you find any of the contains damaged, then please contact us through the before mentioned ways. Any damaged goods are goods that show deficiencies before using them. For these goods we apply the rule that it should be returned within seven days to Abée-FlyFree Deutschland . Make sure you adhere to our standard returning conditions as mentioned under A. till F.

After receipt of these damaged goods we will return new replacement goods within three days.

Make sure to mention your bank account details, so that we can refund the shipping costs made by you.

2. You have received products which you didn’t order (wrong products).

In the case we’ve sent you the wrong products (other than agreed so through your order) than of course you can send these back to Abée-FlyFree Deutschland UG. Make sure you adhere to our standard returning conditions as mentioned under A. till F.

We will then re-send the new correct products to you within three days. Make sure to mention your bank account details, so that we can refund the shipping costs made by you.

3. You have made a mistake about the size, or have decided not to keep the product.

We would like to see you as a satisfied customer of Fly-Free Fabrics BV / Abée-FlyFree Deutschland. But there’s always a possibility that you ordered the wrong size or that you’re not satisfied with your purchase. In these cases you can return the product(s) that you wish to return to Abée-FlyFree Deutschland within 14 days. Make sure you adhere to our standard returning conditions as mentioned under A. till F.

Abée-FlyFree Deutschland reserves the right to charge you for incorrectly returned products. Shipping expenses and risk in this case are your responsibility. After receiving the returned product(s) Abée-FlyFree Deutschland will deduct any costs made as a result of your choice to return products under this category from the purchase amount and will then refund the remaining amount to your account. Make sure to mention your bank account details, so that we can refund the remaining balance.

In case the returned product(s) appear to be in a used or damaged condition there will be charges for cleaning or repairs needed to make the product(s) saleable again. These costs will be first deducted from your balance. Should the condition remain in an unsalable state, then we reserve the right to (depending on the state of the product(s)) send it back to you or apply a deduction, after which the remaining balance will be granted to you by means of a coupon. With this balance you can purchase any other product with us within the validity period for the coupon, which is 3 months after conclusion of your case.
